Our portfolio includes projects completed by Harry Hunt Architects, as well as projects in which Harry had involvement prior to starting his own practice. Whether their locations are urban or rural, each project is a one-of-a-kind design that challenges stylistic preconceptions. They are elegant, no-nonsense solutions to the complexities of modern life that respond to the global need for environmental stewardship.

The Greyrock co-housing
community comprises 30 homes on 16 acres northwest of the city
of Fort Collins. Based on the Scandinavian model of co-housing,
the communities mission is to provide a place where people
can live together in an environment of cooperation, respect,
and diversity. Also fundamental to the community’s ideals
are living lightly on the earth, sharing resources, and providing
a safe environment in which to live & learn. The community’s
site plan is organized to minimize the impact of vehicular
traffic and enhance the quality of its outdoor spaces. Shared
amenities include; a common house with commercial kitchen and
meeting spaces, 10-acres of open space, walking paths, and
a community garden.
Harry Hunt acted as a job captain with Dominique Gettliffe,
Architect creating all of the construction drawings for the
12 buildings on site.
