The Center for the Arts provides a permanent home to over a dozen arts and education non-profits in the heart of Jackson’s vibrant downtown. The Center was designed as an important landmark and amenity for the town - as such, it possesses monumentality appropriate for buildings of such civic importance, while maintaining an awareness of Jackson’s small town character. Harry Hunt acted as project architect for Harry Teague Architects coordinating all aspects of design & construction of the Arts & Education Pavilion. The Arts & Education Pavilion was completed on time & on budget in January of 2005.
